Page 1 of 4 Your Name, Image and Identity If you want your business to stand out from the crowd, you have to offer more than just good food. In this day and age you need a professional image and identity. If your shop looks run down or tired looking, you won’t inspire customer confidence, no matter how good the menu is. I do not claim to be any kind of Image Guru, and doubtless experts could point out numerous errors when compared to the text book way of doing things. I can only say that these are my own real world experiences. Your own ideas will also come into play, and that is how it should be. There are three specific points that you need to tackle in order to establish your business as a serious alternative to the other sandwich shops around you; your name, image and identity .
